We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager or TA Lead, ideally in a multi-site or operational environment to lead the function. This is a full-time, permanent role working in a hybrid capacity from our Honiton site with expected regular national travel to sites. The role is paying up to £45,000 plus car allowance with excellent benefits.

In this critical role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end hiring while embedding an effective Recruitment function across a multi-site, operational business. From direct sourcing strategies to early careers pipelines, you’ll shape a function that is scalable, data-driven, and aligned to business growth.

Own and embed a consistent, end-to-end recruitment modelTranslate workforce plans into clear hiring strategiesImprove quality, pace, and consistency of hiringReduce agency reliance through strong direct sourcing capabilityStandardise processes, optimise ATS, and introduce best-practice assessment methodsBuild hiring manager capability through coaching and toolkitsDesign and launch early careers programmes (graduates, apprenticeships, placements)Create sustainable talent pipelines for critical rolesWork closely with senior leaders to shape hiring plans and decisionsProvide market insight and challenge where neededUse data to inform decisions and continuously improveManage agency partners through a structured PSL, driving quality and cost control
