Counselling Lecturer
We are currently recruiting for a Counselling Lecturer to support delivery across multiple sites on an ongoing basis.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified counselling professional with teaching experience (or working towards) to deliver across Level 3 and Level 4 programmes.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering Counselling sessions across Level 3 and Level 4 (CPCAB)
Planning and preparing engaging lessons
Supporting learners with their academic and practical development
Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
What we're looking for:
Level 5 (or above) qualification in Counselling (CPCAB)
Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
Experience delivering Counselling courses (desirable)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A supportive, learner-focused approach
Role details:
Monday: Level 3 - 6 hours (Nuneaton)
Tuesday: Level 4 - 6 hours (Nuneaton)
Thursday: Level 4 - 6 hours (Wigston)
Contract: Ongoing
