Position: Pastoral Head of Year - Sixth Form Location: Bushley About this RoleThe successful applicant will provide high quality leadership of the Sixth form year groups, setting a strong ethos and culture of respect in line with the aims of the school. They will deliver high standards of individual pastoral care, including quick responses to issues raised, effective pastoral recording, tracking and monitoring, and the delivery of proactive planned interventions.
