Position: PfP Thrive Housing Tutor OverviewThis role is part of the newly formed training Academy within our business – PfP Thrive – where we deliver apprenticeships and formal qualifications to employees and the wider housing sector.ResponsibilitiesDeliver and assess Level 3 and Level 4 Housing and Property Management Apprenticeships to housing professionals.Support the creation of engaging curricula and deliver one‑to‑one coaching to achieve inspiring learner experiences and learner success.Set and mark suitable assessments, carry out work‑based observations and facilitate professional discussions to ensure learners are well‑prepared for final assessment.Build and maintain close working relationships with employers to support tailored training plans that enhance the learner journey.Work alongside a tutor who delivers apprenticeship knowledge, providing coaching, feedback and participating in standardisation activities and quality compliance.Deliver training remotely, with learners from Places for People and other housing associations.Travel occasionally to multiple locations across the UK; must hold a full, clean driving licence.
