Position: Part 145 Trainer Air Personnel is delighted to support their client with a vacancy for a Part 145 Trainer based in Bournemouth Airport.Due to expansion of their Training function supporting our maintenance facilities, they are looking to add an experienced Instructor who will be responsible for delivering, maintaining and creating training material across our engineering teams. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about all things training and how they can develop the training material. If you are great at dealing with people, have excellent communication and presentation skills then this role could be for you!Responsibilities:Delivery of compliant training online and in person at locations worldwideDevelop and deliver Continuation TrainingDevelop and deliver EWIS, FTS and Human FactorsAssess training needs and assist in development of suitable training courses to meet business needBe prepared to develop key skills to deliver aircraft training coursesEnsure courses delivered are compliantCreation/authoring training material and supporting documentationSupport the training department during internal/external auditsActively involved with continuous improvement of training delivery and processTo maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation relevant to technical trainingTo maintain own personal development in relation to technical training within the aerospace industry sectorAny other training as required, to meet the needs of the businessSkills, Qualifications and Experience required: EssentialHold a qualification in adult learning or possess experience of devising and delivering trainingPossess previous experience within a Part-147, Part-145 or Part-21 environment or transferable instructing or teaching experience at A-level/HNC or aboveAbility to deliver training courses on EWIS, FTS, Human Factors and Continuation & Recurrent Training Knowledge of EWISExcellent communication; verbal and written communication skillsAdaptable with excellent planning and organisational skillsAbility to cope with pressure and change Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a teamPrepared to travel to other company locations as requiredAdvantageousQLTS/QTS or equivalent teaching qualificationExperience in delivering aircraft maintenance trainingPossess up to date knowledge of CAA/EASA 66/145/21 regulationsAbility to demonstrate an understanding of CAA/EASA Parts 66/145/21Proficient with associated aircraft maintenance documentationThis is a fantastic opportunity to join this leader in aviation, please call Michelle for further details or apply with your CV#J-18808-Ljbffr
