What you'll do at work
Accounts Payable Management: Take ownership of processing invoices and payments for allocated subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong supplier relationships Reconciliations: Prepare and review bank and balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies as they arise Month-End & Year-End Close: Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and deadlines are met Expense Management Cover: Oversee employee expense processing when required, ensuring compliance with company policies and appropriate cost centre funding Audit Support: Prepare and provide documentation for internal and external audits, responding to queries and supporting audit reviews as needed Finance Administration: Maintain accurate financial records and support general finance administrative activities, contributing to the smooth running of the finance function Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and ways of working Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the business to provide reliable finance support and practical guidance

A minimum of 2 years in accounts payable, invoice processing, or payment tracking Exposure to reconciliation of bank accounts or balance sheet items in complex environment Familiarity with month-end or year-end finance processes Basic knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Attention to detail and team player
