Deliver inclusive, high-quality teaching, learning and assessment that meets curriculum requirements and supports the diverse needs of all learners. Plan and use engaging strategies and resources, including digital technologies, to motivate students and promote independence. Create a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment that values diversity and challenges discrimination. Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to support learner progress, address barriers and develop English and maths skills. About You
- Experience supporting learners with additional needs, including SEND or those impacted by gaps in education
- Holds (or is working towards) a teaching qualification such as PGCE, DTLLS or Certificate in Education
- GCSE English and Maths at grade A
- -C (or equivalent)
