Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Whitwick for a Health and Safety Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering effective health and safety training sessions, developing materials that meet certification standards, and ensuring participants gain a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lessons, conducting interactive workshops, providing guidance on workplace safety compliance, and updating training resources based on the latest industry standards.
Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Health & Safety concepts, including NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective instruction and learner engagement.
• Experience in designing and delivering Safety Training programs to groups of diverse participants.
• Ability to stay updated with health and safety regulations and incorporate them into training materials.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing multiple training sessions.
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors is advantageous.
• Teaching qualifications such as PTLLS, CTLLS, or an equivalent certification are a plus.
