Electrical Lecturer (Apprenticeship Delivery)

We are seeking two experienced and enthusiastic Electrical Lecturers to join our team for a short-term, intensive teaching role. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about imparting knowledge and have a background in the electrical industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Teach Level 3 apprentices, providing high-quality education and support throughout their course.
- Work closely with the Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the department, ensuring the delivery of excellent educational standards.
- Inspire apprentices by sharing valuable industry experience and supporting diverse students to achieve their career and life ambitions.
- Play a crucial role in promoting the apprenticeship courses, participating in marketing events, and sharing experiences to attract new students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
- Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and articulate clearly to class groups.
- Efficient administration skills for maintaining accurate student records.
