Rugbytots is the first of its kind. A specifically designed play programme using the multiple skills used in rugby to create a fun environment for children to develop basic core skills.
We are currently looking for bright, enthusiastic, highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our ever-growing network of coaches. Our classes will run on a Sunday morning in Oldbury at Warley Rugby Club (B69 4NH).
Responsibilities of a Sports Coach at Rugbytots:
· Lead, motivate and engage with the children in your classes.
· Work through the Rugbytots programme of games and tasks to teach the basic core skills used in rugby in a fun and structured environment.
· Demonstrate games and skills with enthusiasm and energy and provide positive feedback to the children.
· Ensure classes start and finish on time and engage with parents.
· Provide children with positive feedback and encouragement
· Demonstrate activities and help the children to learn and have fun!
Requirements to be a Sports Coach at Rugbytots:
· Experience of working with young children
· An ability to engage with children with energy, enthusiasm, and excitement
· Excellent organisational, verbal communication and listening skills
· An energetic and enthusiastic personality that can keep children entertained
· Lively, bubbly, and fun person with a high level of patience
· Ability to work in the UK
· Full driver’s license and own transport is necessary
· All successful candidates will complete a Rugbytots training programme before starting.
Please note that a DBS disclosure, covered by us, will need to be completed by successful applicants.
This role is for Sunday mornings, additional Saturday hours may be available for the right candidate and if our schedule requires it.

· Weekends only at the moment, as our classes grow there may be opportunities for weekday classes.
