Overview
We are looking for a professional, personable, and motivated Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer to join our team within a corporate fitness facility in Central London. This role is ideally suited to an experienced individual who is passionate about health and wellbeing, confident in coaching a corporate clientele, and committed to delivering high-quality fitness sessions.
Hours: 32 hours Monday to Thursday
You will be active on the gym floor in supporting members through structured training, lifestyle improvement, and safe exercise delivery.
Duties
- Design and implement tailored personal training programmes aligned to client goals
- Conduct fitness assessments, inductions, and goal-setting consultations
- Lead small group training sessions and fitness classes where required
- Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and accountability to members
- Ensure correct exercise technique and adherence to health & safety standards
- Monitor and track client progress, adapting programmes as needed
- Support member retention through relationship building and service excellence
- Build professional relationships with corporate members
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
- Promote personal training packages and wellbeing services
- Act as a visible, approachable presence on the gym floor
Requirements
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (minimum)
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (required)
- Proven experience in gym instruction or personal training
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and programme design
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate a professional corporate demographic
- Strong organisational and time-management capability
