We are seeking an Apprenticeship Teaching and Learning Innovator who is passionate about improving the quality of apprenticeship training and supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional learning experiences. In this role, you will work closely with our Apprenticeship Trainers to enhance teaching, learning and assessment practice through coaching, mentoring and targeted development support. Drawing on strong pedagogical knowledge and experience of apprenticeship delivery, you will help colleagues refine their practice, share effective approaches and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across apprenticeship provision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated by developing others and ensuring apprentices receive high-quality training that enables them to succeed in their qualifications and careers.
Hours per week: 18.5
Salary per year: £22,464

About You
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a strong understanding of apprenticeships and a commitment to excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.
• Demonstrates exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire colleagues to deliver an outstanding student experience.
• Is confident in designing and delivering training for colleagues, sharing best practice and driving quality improvement.
• Is a qualified teacher with at least two years’ successful teaching experience, with evidence of strong learner outcomes.
• Currently holds a recognised teaching qualification.
