About the Role
Connex Education is working with a network of welcoming primary schools across Mickleover, Mackworth, Allestree and surrounding areas who are seeking reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils in the classroom on a flexible, supply basis, including day-to-day and short-term cover.
The role involves supporting classroom activities, working one-to-one or with small groups, and assisting teachers in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, education graduates, or experienced Teaching Assistants seeking consistent local supply work.

Assignment Details
Roles are available immediately, with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability. Assignments include day-to-day supply and longer-term placements, depending on school need.

Person Specification
Recent UK-based experience supporting pupils in a primary school or similar education setting
Confident supporting learning activities on a one-to-one or small-group basis
Patient, flexible, and strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
