Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Lecturers, Assessors, and IQAs based in the Greater Glasgow Area. Responsibilities include delivering engaging learning sessions, assessing learner progress, conducting internal quality assurance (IQA), and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with learners to provide feedback, address learning needs, and support their professional growth. Documenting learner assessments and maintaining accurate records are also essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
• Experience in delivering high-quality lectures, training sessions, and assessments
• Competence in conducting Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes and maintaining compliance
• Strong organisational and administrative skills for accurate record-keeping and reporting
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and coaching abilities
• Professional qualifications relevant to the subject area being taught ITEC, IHBC, IIHHT, VTCT,.
• Demonstrable knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles
• A teaching or assessor qualification (e.g., PTLLS, A1, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Previous experience in an educational or training role is an advantage
• Must hold a full registration and licensure with the Society of Naprapathic Doctors
