I’m delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing hospitality organisation, to appoint a Leadership Development Manager into their Talent & Learning team.
This is a pivotal role within the business, reporting directly to the Head of Talent & Learning, with responsibility for bringing their leadership and early careers strategy to life across a multi-site operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver leadership and early careers programmes end-to-end
- Facilitate workshops and development sessions across all leadership levels
- Partner with senior leaders to create and track robust PDPs for high performers
- Drive internal promotion rates and strengthen succession planning
- Oversee apprenticeships, ensuring effective levy utilisation and strong completion rates
- Manage manager induction programmes to ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding
- Track and report on talent metrics, programme performance and capability uplift
