What you'll be doing
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Trainer within the UK Product Training division. This position falls under our R2c line of business based in Sheffield, UK. This is a full-time role, working 3 days a week onsite and 2 days from home.
What you’ll be doing
To deliver software product training to customers and internal staff both, face to face and online. Helping to deliver a high-performance culture that is aligned to both strategic and revenue generating initiatives, whilst delivering a first-class service.
Key Accountabilities:
- To work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the UK Commercial team, notably the Commercial Director, Commercial Manager and Operations Manager, to identify opportunities for improvements that are related to driving revenue opportunities, delivering a positive customer experience, and driving efficiency savings.
- You will also have a strong influence on all Commercial Team Leaders, to ensure improvements are implemented and that ongoing coaching is delivered in a timely manner, which will assist in delivering the overall key business objectives.
- Support Team Leaders in coaching metrics for all staff, to ensure high performance levels are achieved, and maintained within agreed standards.
- Weekly KPI reporting to demonstrate performance and improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for identifying and delivering process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across the Commercial team(s) and reduce customer attrition.
- Resources planning for the Commercial Department to ensure key business functions are resourced.
- Support cross functional activity aligned to the UK project initiatives to ensure execution of processes are as efficient and effective as possible.
- Responsible for implementation and monitoring operational performance measures using analytics tools that can be used to proactively identify areas for improvement and inform decision making that is related to the Commercial Team’s strategic objectives.
- Evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback on performance levels that enhances and develops skills, knowledge, and techniques.
- Assessing strengths and weaknesses of performance levels and identify areas for further development, using tried and tested coaching techniques.
- Weekly KPI and Dashboard production, to communicate key business metrics to a wider audience, which assists the ongoing improvement of departmental functions/objectives.
To be successful
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in training or coaching.
- Saas experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of fleet management.
- Presentation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Not afraid to speak to small or large groups.
- Must be able to drive.
