Role Overview

• Mentor learners at various career levels
• Provide hands-on guidance and practical exercises to learners
• Support course improvements and learner success
🎯 Preferred Qualifications (Desired but Not Essential)
• Minimum 2 years Experience as a Microsoft Application Trainer
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MOS, MCT) preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
