Location: Guildford, Surrey (Office-Based)
Position: Full-Time | 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend Teaching Day
Salary Range: £30,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We deliver structured, interactive programmes to working professionals seeking career progression, chartered status, and industry recognition.
Due to continued growth and expansion to our Guildford office, we are seeking an experienced construction professional to join our academic team full-time.
The Role
This is a senior teaching and mentoring position covering a range of programmes including:
- Quantity Surveying
- RICS pathways
- Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)
- Contract Management
- Professional Practice modules
You will:
- Deliver engaging live lectures (including weekend sessions via Zoom)
- Mark assignments and provide structured, developmental feedback
- Conduct mock professional interviews
- Support learners working towards professional recognition
- Contribute to course design and programme improvement
- Help maintain high academic and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
- Chartered professional (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 10 years’ industry experience
- Strong practical knowledge across construction and commercial practice
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing professionals
- Organised, reliable and proactive
APC assessor or professional review experience would be highly advantageous.
