Working as a team of three alongside our exceptional curriculum delivery experts, you’ll help create positive learning experiences for students from Primary through to GCSE. What You’ll Be Doing

Building rapport and boosting learner confidence
Keeping students engaged, motivated, and on task
Supporting classroom delivery and behaviour management
Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
Creating a positive, energetic learning environment

What You’ll Need

Essential:
- Professionalism and excellent timekeeping
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong people skills and confidence supporting learners
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
- Commitment to ongoing training and development
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
Preferred:
- Experience in education or training (not essential)
