We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Apprenticeship Coordinator to join Hampshire County Council on a fixed-term basis (up to 12 months) to cover maternity leave. Working closely with the Apprenticeship Manager and wider team, you will help develop, coordinate, and promote our apprenticeship offer across the Council and schools - supporting our workforce strategy and optimising the impact of our Apprenticeship Levy. - Champion apprenticeships in Corporate Services and schools - plan campaigns and craft communications that inspire colleagues and managers to participate.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on apprenticeship routes, funding rules, and standards - acting as a trusted first point of contact.
- Coordinate events such as National Apprenticeship Week, Learning at Work Week, and awards - capturing stories, blogs, and case studies that celebrate success.
- Facilitate timely enrolments on the Apprenticeship Service Account - ensuring levy applications and agreements are complete for smooth starts.
- Build and maintain provider relationships in line with Council procurement requirements, signposting staff to the right programmes.
- Review and present evaluation data - measure impact, track participation, and produce reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records across employee and management information systems; support line management of allocated staff when required.
