As part of planned growth, we’re looking for a passionate, qualified Apprenticeship Curriculum Specialist to join our 'outstanding' team.

What you’ll do
• Support and coach Apprentices across Business Management & Supply Chain qualifications
• Deliver high‑quality assessments and Teaching and Learning
• Prepare Apprentices for End Point Assessment
• Conduct meaningful tripartite Quarterly Progress Reviews
• Comply fully with Apprenticeship funding rules
• Actively contribute to company innovations and continuous improvement strategy
• Maintain own CPD
What you’ll bring
• Assessor qualification (D32/33, A1, CAVA)
• A minimum 2+ years’ management experience with line management responsibility
• Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, EPA and funding rules
• Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
• A positive, people‑focused, “can‑do” approach
• Full driving licence and own car
