We are seeking an Apprenticeships & Skills Operations Manager(Maternity Cover) to lead the operational delivery of the College's Apprenticeships and Skills provision, ensuring high-quality service and outcomes for learners and employers. This includes managing recruitment, onboarding, learner progress, compliance, and employer engagement across apprenticeships, adult learning, and online learning. The role supports strategic direction set by the Head of Apprenticeships and ensures day-to-day excellence in delivery.
The successful candidate will possess a good general education, including a Level 5 qualification (degree or equivalent), and will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
The salary for this post is £46,964
