We are now recruiting for the position of Front of House Supervisor for our coffee shop in the East Midlands Designer Outlet.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexibleCreate an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having funBe passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
Requirements:
Have at least 1 years' supervisory experience and Barista experience within the coffee hospitality environmentWe require an inspirational leader with infectious personality and (ideally) good coffee knowledge to help in the support the day-to-day running of the storeHave a proven ability to build and train a team to manage a high volume outletBe organised, hard-working and reliableMust be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveriesBe flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated teamBe an excellent communicator, and have experience of training other staff membersUnderstanding of stock control and completing stock takesUnderstanding of wage managementUnderstanding of food preparationEnsuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctlyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changesTo assist in all operational aspects and ensure a smooth running of shifts whilst providing exceptional customer service at all timesTo assist the general manager in shift managementTo adhere to all company policies and procedures
