About the role:
Reports to: Group Training and Academy Manager
This role could be for you if you have:
- Experience in a wide range of care topics, with a proven track record of success in a training delivery role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care delivery
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and Managers
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A full UK driving licence, as travel will be required
Education and qualifications
- You must hold a recognised qualification in Training Delivery - equivalent to the L3 Award in Education and Training
