Salary: £29,455 - £33,486 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Planning and Delivering Lessons: Teach up to Level 3 in Hospitality and Catering across study programmes, adult learning, and apprenticeships. Create engaging and inclusive learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Assessing and Supporting Learners: Monitor progress through practical assessments, assignments, and exams. Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help learners succeed.
- Administrative and Professional Duties: Maintain accurate records (e.g. attendance, progress), contribute to team meetings, engage in CPD activities, and uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
- Qualifications & Experience: Level 3 or higher in Hospitality and Catering. A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DET) or willingness to work towards one is essential.
- Teaching & Communication Skills: Ability to deliver practical and theoretical content clearly, adapting to different learner needs.
