Client Service Educator - Commercial Risk
Aon's UK Business Services - ABS - is excited to welcome a Client Service Educator to our Delivering Excellent Service (DES) team in Commercial Risk. This hybrid role (home and office) involves regular travel to service team locations across the UK.
As a champion of the 70/20/10 learning model, you will foster an environment where colleagues learn through experience, collaboration, and structured development.
You will collaborate closely with solution lines in Commercial Risk, Client Service Leads, the Technical Training Team, and HR to build strong, confident, client-focused teams in the UK and India—recognized as the best in the market by our clients and insurer partners.

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Create and deliver dynamic, non-technical training that empowers colleagues to understand client risk, anticipate needs, and provide exceptional client experiences across various platforms (virtual, in-person, and blended).
- Promote the 70/20/10 learning model.
- Collaborate with leaders and Client Service Managers to identify skill gaps, design interventions, and assess impact, contributing positively to performance and client engagement.
- Prepare, facilitate, and periodically review all training materials to keep them relevant and aligned with business needs, procedures, systems changes, and regulatory updates.
- Identify and report on training needs, performance trends, and risks, working with stakeholders to address issues swiftly.
- Work with senior leaders to ensure teams have well-trained, well-motivated individuals who adhere to best practices and deliver exceptional standards.

You will receive comprehensive support from the UK Client Service Training Lead and be paired with an experienced Aon Connector during your onboarding—a mentor to guide you through your first months.
