Job Title: Employability / Work Coach
Location: Centre based
Salary: up to £28,000

Essential Criteria:- Must have experience of working in a similar role (e.g., Recruitment / IAG / Employability).
- Must be able to engage with individuals who possess complex needs/barriers.
- Experience of working towards KPIs.
- GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade C (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
The Role:- To identify individual learner needs, and create personalised learning plans that support long-term employment goals.
- Regularly review learner progress to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
- Collect feedback from learners to continually improve curriculum content.
- Manage workbook distribution, collection, marking and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Encourage positive attitudes and behaviours towards learning, training, and employment.
- Accurately update and maintain learner records.
- Complete all administrative tasks, including learner registrations, enrolment forms, ILPs, reviews, registers and awarding-body documentation.
- Meet all contractual KPIs and performance expectations under the Prison Education Service Contract.
