Animal Management Lecturer

We are seeking an Animal Management Lecturer to join our educational team. This role involves teaching Level 1-3 animal care and animal management courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a combination of units, including animal husbandry and work experience modules.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students enrolled in Level 1-3 animal care and animal management courses.
- Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage classroom environments and ensure a safe and supportive setting for all students.
- Coordinate with other faculty members to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning experience.
- Facilitate work experience units, ensuring students gain practical and relevant industry exposure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a lecturer or teacher in animal management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of animal care principles and practices.
- Ability to teach and inspire students of varying ages and educational backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
