The Role:Coaching the Next Generation
Involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring post 16 learners undertaking crucial Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications in a high‑tech facility.
- Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Electrical Installation qualifications.
- Mentorship: Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
- Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
- Environment: Work in a rewarding, self‑motivated team environment that values a 'hands‑on approach.'
Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)
We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering:
- Occupational
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ relevant occupational experience within Electrical Installation. - Technical
Qualification:
A time‑served Electrical Installation professional that holds a Level 3 Electrical related qualification. - Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance and you will need a UK Driving License.
