We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Lecturer to shape the future of professionals in Health & Social Care and Early Years Education. Join our team to deliver high-quality education and inspire learners at various levels.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver 18 hours of engaging teaching per week on Level 3 Health & Social Care.
- Conduct 6 hours per week of inspiring sessions on Level 1 Early Years Education.
- Support learners' academic and personal development, preparing them for successful careers in care and education sectors.
- Engage in administrative tasks related to course delivery and student progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in Health & Social Care, Early Years, or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards obtaining one.
- Experience in teaching or working within Health & Social Care and/or Early Years settings.
- Strong passion for education and commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
