Our client is seeking a highly organized and motivated Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to establish and manage their new apprenticeship initiatives. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to build and nurture our talent pipeline from wherever you are. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive apprenticeship programs that attract, develop, and retain emerging talent. This includes collaborating with internal departments to define apprenticeship frameworks, recruiting and onboarding apprentices, coordinating training delivery, and ensuring program compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for workforce development. You will work closely with educational institutions, training providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of these programs. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement apprenticeship program frameworks in alignment with industry standards and company needs.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for apprentices, including advertising, screening, and interviewing.Onboard new apprentices, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and the company culture.Coordinate training schedules and logistics with internal mentors and external training providers.Monitor apprentice progress, provide support, and conduct regular performance reviews.Ensure compliance with all apprenticeship funding rules, government regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress, qualifications, and completion rates.Act as a point of contact for apprentices, mentors, and external stakeholders.Organize and facilitate program events, workshops, and networking opportunities for apprentices.Gather feedback on the apprenticeship program and identify areas for continuous improvement.Stay informed about developments in apprenticeship policy and best practices.Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and training providers.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, recruitment, HR, or education administration, with a focus on apprenticeships or youth development.Proven ability to design, implement, and manage structured programs.Excellent understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and funding mechanisms is highly desirable.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in using HRIS, learning management systems (LMS), or other relevant software.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for talent development.Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet.This role is for candidates based anywhere, contributing to our efforts in **Liverpool, Merseyside, UK** and beyond, while operating remotely.
