What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in English or Maths
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Experience managing a team and driving high standards is desirable
- A learner-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English or Maths to further education learners
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
- Support student recruitment, guidance, and progression
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards across the department
