Overview
Teem Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Public Services Lecturer to join a well-established educational institution in the Aylesbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire learners in their progression.
Requirements
- Recent experience working as a Public Services Lecturer
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Level 2 & 3 classes
- Must hold a current Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Level 2 & 3 classes
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that ensure student progress
- Monitor learner achievement and provide constructive feedback and support
- Keep up to date with curriculum developments and industry best practice
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, learners, and parents
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and assessment processes
