Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end management of technology-focused apprenticeship programs, from recruitment to completion. Liaise with educational institutions and training providers to ensure curriculum alignment and quality delivery. Support the onboarding and integration of new apprentices into the organization. Track apprentice progress, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful completion of their qualifications. Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and networking events for apprentices. Maintain accurate records of apprentice data, attendance, and performance. Communicate effectively with apprentices, line managers, and external stakeholders. Identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise during the apprenticeship program. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the apprenticeship program's structure and content. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in apprenticeship and technical training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in program coordination, educational support, or HR, preferably within a tech or apprenticeship context. Strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and vocational training. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment. A genuine passion for mentoring and developing young talent. Familiarity with the technology sector is a significant advantage. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
