We’re supporting a fast-growing national training organisation delivering Skills Bootcamps across England — helping adults upskill and move into meaningful careers.
As Employer Partnerships Manager, you’ll build and manage relationships with employers across Greater London, securing opportunities for Bootcamp learners to progress into interviews, apprenticeships, and sustained employment.
You’ll:
- Engage employers across professional and digital sectors.
- Represent the organisation at networking and chamber events.
- Match Bootcamp graduates with live vacancies.
- Track employment outcomes and evidence learner progress.
- Collaborate with tutors and employability coaches to ensure learners are job-ready.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in employer engagement, business development, or partnership management (ideally within training, FE, or employability).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of workforce development or government-funded training.
- Flexibility to travel regionally and manage your own pipeline.
