Our client is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Remote Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator to manage and develop their growing apprenticeship initiatives. This position is fully remote, enabling the candidate to coordinate programmes, liaise with apprentices, employers, and training providers from anywhere in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of apprenticeship pathways, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing support and completion.
Responsibilities: Coordinate all administrative aspects of apprenticeship programmes, including learner enrollment, record-keeping, and compliance documentation. Liaise with employers to understand their apprenticeship needs and recruit suitable candidates. Onboard new apprentices, providing them with information about their programme, expectations, and support resources. Act as a point of contact for apprentices, providing guidance, support, and pastoral care throughout their training journey. Liaise with external training providers to ensure timely progress and delivery of the apprenticeship curriculum. Monitor apprentice progress and attendance, identifying and addressing any potential issues or challenges. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of apprentice data, assessments, and qualifications using relevant systems. Organise and facilitate virtual information sessions, workshops, and progress reviews for apprentices and employers. Ensure programmes comply with all relevant funding rules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Support the continuous improvement of apprenticeship programmes based on feedback and performance data. Assist in the development of new apprenticeship pathways and training materials. Manage communications related to apprenticeships via email, phone, and virtual platforms. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in administration, coordination, or programme management, preferably within education, training, or HR. Experience working with apprenticeship schemes or vocational training programmes is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people. Proficiency in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with CRM or database management systems. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping. Understanding of educational frameworks and quality assurance processes is a plus. Enthusiasm for supporting individuals in their learning and career development. Relevant qualifications in administration, education, or HR are advantageous.
