Vocational Lecturer – Engineering (Bus & Coach)

Location: Northwest England

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours/week, 48 weeks/year)

Salary: up to £41,000

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of Bus & Coach apprenticeship programmes.
Design and implement high-quality curriculum content aligned with industry standards.
Deliver consistently outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment experiences.
Guide and support learners through a variety of methods to maximise their potential.
Provide course management and ensure high achievement and success rates.
Coach and mentor academic staff to enhance teaching practices.
Drive innovation in digital learning and interactive content creation.
Collaborate with employers and industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance.
Lead recruitment and marketing efforts to attract learners and improve conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, equality, diversity, and health & safety policies.
