We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills Maths, helping learners achieve their potential and progress confidently into employment or further study.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to students of mixed abilities.
- Track, assess, and report on learner progress, providing targeted interventions where needed.
- Support students in developing confidence, problem-solving and numeracy skills for life and work.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic maths team to enhance curriculum delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practice and innovative teaching ideas.
Essential Requirements
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
- Degree or Level 5+ qualification in Mathematics or a related field.
- Experience delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths within FE or secondary education.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for helping students overcome barriers and achieve success.
- Enhanced DBS (or equivalent).
