Our client, a forward-thinking organisation committed to developing future talent, is looking for an experienced and passionate Apprenticeship Program Manager to lead their fully remote apprenticeship initiatives. This role is crucial in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive apprenticeship programs across various disciplines. You will be responsible for curriculum development in collaboration with educational partners, onboarding new apprentices, and providing ongoing support and mentorship throughout their learning journey.
Key duties include:
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop relevant training pathways
- Ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards and funding regulations
- Tracking apprentice progress and performance
- Managing the recruitment process for apprentices
- Conducting assessments
- Coordinating with external training providers
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of the apprenticeship landscape in the UK
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in HR, L&D, or program management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Particularly given the remote-first nature of this position, you must be adept at fostering a positive and supportive virtual learning environment and motivating apprentices to achieve their full potential. This is a fully remote role, allowing for a flexible work location within the UK, with the conceptual headquarters in Plymouth, Devon, UK. A relevant qualification in education, training, HR, or business management is highly desirable.
