Location: Hybrid role of facilitating training, supporting, and coaching experts with lived experience at various locations throughout Surrey, homeworking, and central office in Reigate.
Salary: £31,720 per annum (Full-time, Part-Time or Freelance opportunities available)

Responsibilities
Deliver new learning disability and autism training, known as Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, to people who work in health and social care.
Lead and support co-trainers who are experts with lived experience in autism and learning disability.
Work across Surrey and Sussex with some courses occasionally delivered in other parts of the south-east; help manage travel and work-life balance by sharing courses across the team.
Be part of a team of trainers and the wider organisation (Active Prospects) supporting the rollout of Oliver McGowan training.
Requirements
Ideally possess an in-depth understanding of learning disability and autism and have experience in training delivery.
Have the skills and compassion to lead and support co-trainers who bring lived experience to the programme.
Ideally you will already be a qualified Oliver McGowan Facilitator Trainer; if not, training is provided to enable qualification. Please note that failure to complete the training will result in withdrawal of the job offer.
You will be employed by Active Prospects, a leading charitable social care and training provider based in Surrey. Active Prospects is the lead organisation for the Care Talent Collective – a group of values-led social care providers, which is leading the rollout of Oliver McGowan training in Surrey and Sussex. We aim to reduce travel and manage work-life balance by sharing courses across our team of trainers.
