Job Description:

We are seeking an Apprenticeship Skills Coach to deliver high-impact, learner-centred support for Level 3-5 Coaching Professional and leadership apprenticeship programmes. The role involves managing a remote caseload, providing coaching, support, and progress tracking to ensure successful apprenticeship completion.

The position is hybrid (UK-based), full-time with flexible working arrangements, and a strong culture of staff wellbeing and retention.

Responsibilities include:

Coaching and mentoring learners on relevant standards
Delivering engaging virtual coaching sessions and group learning
Preparing learners for End-Point Assessment and ensuring timely achievement
Tracking progress and implementing interventions
Liaising with employers to align training with business needs
Maintaining accurate records in line with funding and Ofsted requirements
Providing pastoral support and motivation
Staying current with industry trends
Preparing, reviewing, and creating learner portfolios and assessment plans
Conducting learner and employer visits

Requirements:

Proven experience coaching or training in apprenticeship or education settings
Experience delivering Level 3-5 Coaching Professional and/or leadership/management programmes
Vocational expertise in management, leadership, and business
Own transport and ability to cover the South (remote delivery)
Strong communication skills
Good literacy and numeracy (GCSE A-C or equivalent)
Organised, methodical, and able to work under pressure
Self-motivated and team-oriented
