We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join BJP Group. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop skills in investment operations, financial services, and asset management. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the investment industry.

Responsibilities:

Support Investment Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of investment processes.
Data Management: Collaborate with the team to collect, validate, and maintain investment data and documentation. Help in organizing and categorizing financial records, statements, and other relevant information in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of operational processes and workflows. Identify potential areas for streamlining, automation, or enhanced efficiency to optimize operational effectiveness.
Compliance and Risk Management: Follow established compliance procedures and assist with monitoring and reporting activities to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. Help in identifying and mitigating operational risks associated with investment activities.
Team Support: Collaborate with investment professionals and other internal stakeholders to provide operational support and assistance. Foster effective working relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
Professional Development: Participate in training programs and learning initiatives to enhance your knowledge of investment operations and industry best practices. Actively seek opportunities to expand your skill set and stay updated with industry trends and developments.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Qualification training will be provided by FINANCIAL SERVICES TRAINING PARTNERS LLP
