There may be an opportunity for a full time position after successfully completing this apprenticeship as a Software Support Associate.
- Provide an outstanding service for customers
- Software support for our Digital Access Solution systems,
- Reporting and report development,
- Customer service and technical software support
Working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship.
37.5 hours per week. Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm. 8am to 1pm on Friday.
