London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is looking for a passionate and experienced Lecturer in Hospitality to deliver our Foundation Degree (FdA) programme in Birmingham. With a student-centred approach and industry-focused delivery, this role offers the chance to directly shape the future of hospitality professionals.
Position:
Your Role
- Teach Level 4 and 5 modules in hospitality management, customer service, events, and operations.
- Bring your industry experience into the classroom to enrich learning and inspire confidence.
- Design, plan and deliver engaging assessments and lesson content.
- Provide 1:1 academic and pastoral support for students.Support curriculum enhancement and collaborate with the academic team to improve programme outcomes.
Requirements:
What You Bring
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field plus a postgraduate qualification or extensive industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching in UK higher education (Level 4–5).
- Strong links to the hospitality industry with current insights and trends.
- A hands-on, practical teaching style focused on employability and skills development.(Desirable: Fellowship of the HEA, PGCert, or active professional practice)
