We’re now hiring a passionate and experienced Assessor/Coach to deliver the Insurance Practitioner Level 3 and 4 Apprenticeships, including Functional Skills in Maths and English.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver online training and reviews for Insurance Practitioner L3 & L4 apprentices
- Support learners with Functional Skills (English & Maths L1 & L2)
- Build strong relationships with employers and apprentices
- Track learner progress, complete regular reviews, and manage timely achievement
- Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Provide pastoral support and safeguarding where needed
- Keep accurate records and support quality assurance
What you’ll need:
- Experience delivering Insurance-related apprenticeships
- TAQA or equivalent Assessor qualification
- Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Strong communication and time management skills
- IT confident (Learner Management System (LMS) and e-portfolio experience ideal)
Desirable:
- PTLLS or teaching qualification
- Level 2 IAG or willingness to complete
- First Aid for Mental Health or willingness to complete
