We are looking for individuals with drive, imagination, and passion.
If you are interested in TRAINING , experience of care is essential, however formal training / teaching qualifications and experience of teaching are not. You would ideally be looking to develop teaching skills creatively and work within an extremely experienced and motivated team enhancing existing knowledge and skills
If you are interested in an SVQ assessing role you should be a qualified SVQ assessor and able to assess Social Services Health Care awards and / or Children & Young people’s awards at all levels and be an able to support candidates in obtaining registerable qualifications or meeting CPD requirements .
The ability to drive and cover all areas of Scotland is essential as CTC have Scotland wide reach for both training & SVQ delivery.
