Day-to-day of the role of a Multiskills trainer:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students with SEND Needs.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and progress.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Plumbing Lecturer role :
- Relevant teaching Strong understanding of City and Guilds qualifications and vocational education frameworks
- Experience in teaching Carpentry, Tiling and Carpentry to level 1
- Strong knowledge City and Guilds awarding body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
