Skills North East is seeking an experienced and passionate Payroll Tutor to deliver engaging, high-quality training to apprentices. You will support learners both in the classroom and online, helping them achieve industry-recognised qualifications and develop the skills required for successful careers in payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver and assess apprenticeship training using varied teaching methods.
· Prepare and support learners for end-point assessment.
· Monitor progress and maintain accurate records via our e-portfolio system.
· Develop and enhance course materials aligned with industry standards.
· Promote safeguarding, Prevent, equality, and safe working practices.
Requirements:
· Recognised payroll qualification (e.g., CIPP).
· Teaching or assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
· Strong industry knowledge and passion for learner development.
· Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent).
