The People Business Partner will build and maintain relationships across the En Route team providing advice, guidance and challenge surrounding People initiatives and processes. Acting as a true business partner, the role will support the People Director and broader HR team in the development and delivery of the wider People strategy.In addition, this role is focused on driving improvements in learning and development to enhance management and leadership capability and identify opportunities to cultivate talent within the business; ensuring the appropriate tools and systems are in place to deliver best in industry results as well as job satisfaction, autonomy, career development and recognition.The People Business Partner will work closely with the HRD to deliver the full scope of HR services, constantly looking for new ways to support and elevate En Route employees.Key Accountabilities
Work with HRD to develop and implement a learning and development strategy aligned to the En Route Mission MapAssess the learning and development needs across the business and design, facilitate and evaluate learning experiences, including e-learning modules, workshops and leadership developmentEstablish appropriate training opportunities to increase line manager capabilityProvide all colleagues with appropriate opportunities for upskilling to increase productivity and performanceWork closely with Senior Leaders to assess capabilities, effectiveness and competence to determine departmental functional trainingMaximise the use of the apprenticeship levy to fund training opportunities at all levels of the businessManage En Route’s apprenticeship portal, including learner set up, agreements, payments and relationships with all training providersManage professional qualifications and support with the identification of appropriate providersFoster a culture of high performance by embedding key behaviours within the team – promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement to drive resultsDeliver management information and KPIs to key stakeholders and design and manage a course evaluation processSupport talent management and succession planning initiatives, working closely with wider HR TeamManage the H&S training portal for all new joiners, assigning additional courses to the rest of the business as requiredOversee and manage the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support employee development initiatives whilst adhering to financial constraintsUtilise psychometric tools and assessments to analyse and enhance individual and team performanceManage learning and development via the HR Information System to maintain adequate training records and pull appropriate metricsSupport with coordination of monthly payroll for En Route Global entities in collaboration with payroll consultant and providersHR governance around employment records for the En Route teamAct as point of contact for employee relations matters across the business, supporting and coaching business leaders in their decision makingWork with business leaders to ensure appropriate structures are in place to support current operation and future growthManage resource requirements through the coordination of the Monthly Remuneration Committee, ensuring that internal and external benchmarking are completedQualifications & Experience
CIPD Qualification or relevant experienceTrained in delivery of psychometric assessment tools for performance e.g. Myers Briggs, Insights or other etc.Proven experience in L&D including the design and delivery of training programs in particular management & leadership development, both virtual and face to face facilitationA strong knowledge of learning theories, design methodologies, psychometric tools and learning principlesKey Skills
