NOCN Group is seeking to recruit a Chief External Quality Assessor to work on a permanent full-time basis as part of the Assessment and Quality Assurance team. This role is integral to our mission of empowering learners and supporting organizations in their educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective external quality assurance function that supports centers in maintaining excellent standards of internal quality assurance and assessment.
- Identify risks of non-compliance and report any malpractice to the Regulation and Compliance Team.
- Contribute to the approval of new and existing centers delivering NOCN products.
- Operate in line with our policies and procedures, consistently performing to high standards.
- Promote a positive image of the awarding organization among centers, learners, employers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Support apprenticeship end-point assessment and internal quality assurance as needed.
- Manage a personal caseload of external quality assurance.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent.
- Education at Level 4 or above.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- An external quality assurance qualification.
- Experience in managing a team of mobile workers to achieve high performance standards.
- Experience in regulated environments and cross-team collaboration.
- Recent experience in external quality assurance tasks.
- A willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
